The Leadership Cultivation and Selection Committee (LCSC) is commissioned in Tri Delta's Bylaws to cultivate, evaluate, and slate Fraternity leaders for service in elected and key appointed positions.
The LCSC's main goal is to help all Tri Delta women grow as brave, bold, and kind leaders within and outside our organization. We encourage you to nominate a sister -- or yourself -- for a Fraternity leadership role.
